The International Relations Office at Beirut Arab University is pleased to announce a fully covered Erasmus+ student mobility opportunity for the Spring Semester (Summer Semester) at HOK | University of Applied Sciences Kufstein Tirol, Austria.

Application Procedure
Interested students should:

Contact their Faculty: Students interested in applying should first contact their Faculty to express their interest and request that the Faculty submit their official nomination to the International Relations Office at Beirut Arab University.

Selection and Nomination: The International Relations Office at BAU is responsible for selecting participants and providing the necessary support before, during, and after the mobility period. The selection process will be fair, transparent, and documented, with academic merit as the primary criterion. Where students have an equivalent academic level, preference may be given to students from less advantaged socio-economic backgrounds.

HOK Eligibility Requirement: Students must have completed at least one academic year of studies at their home institution before participating in an exchange at HOK.

Spring (Summer) Semester
The Summer Semester at HOK runs from the end of February until mid-July. Students are expected to arrive in Kufstein before the respective Orientation Days.

The nomination and application deadline for the Summer Semester is November 30.

Language Requirements
The language of instruction is English, and students are required to have B2-level English proficiency.
HOK also offers free German courses at beginner or intermediate level, with a placement test conducted after arrival.

Following nomination, students will need to prepare the following documents:

    Letter of Motivation
    Curriculum Vitae
    Transcript of Records
    Photo
    Passport or Identity Card

After applications are reviewed, students will receive an official letter of acceptance.
